Golovkin's promoter still waiting for Cotto agreement

By Dan Ambrose: WBA middleweight champion Gennady Golovkin's promoter Tom Loeffler is still waiting on an agreement from WBC middleweight champion Miguel Cotto that the winner of his November fight against
